Shifa Pujari is a Customer Success Manager at Prodigal, the front-line representative making sure everything is running smoothly for our customers.
She grew up in Mumbai, where she graduated from St. Louis Convent High School with a degree in Commerce.
Where do you live?
In Mumbai. I spent a few years in Dubai while my husband was working here, but now I am back and close to our families.
Why Prodigal?
I had a background in finance, in collections - I actually worked for a Prodigal customer previously - so I know what the life of a quality analyst is like. Working to help customers with Prodigal's solutions, I can make sure that people have an easier job than what I had!
When I started working for Prodigal, I was in Dubai, so I really liked that I could work from there. The flexibility was important. And the monetary benefits are a great motivation.

I'm a mom! I don't have free time - now I'm either cleaning up something or making sure this little human I created is alive.
What would your co-workers be surprised to know about you?
I’m a pretty open-book sort of person, but they might be surprised to know I was promoted into management at 19. I had co-workers in their 30s and 40s reporting to me.
What’s your favorite Prodigal value?
It's always We Take Action! If you see something, you do it right there. You don't let things pile up. You put it on your schedule and you make sure that it gets done.
