1. Military precision on deadlines while not hampering the quality or effectiveness of the agent, supported by clear communication with customers

2. Focus on driving value and not just 'getting stuff implemented' (this is especially a key departure in habits and mindset that more traditional SaaS-like Implementation teams have, and most traditional CS and Implementation teams need to re-learn)

3. Clearly knowing the risks when an Agent goes live

is something you rarely get to see :). Grateful for the experience + what we get to see and learn from at Prodigal 🙏
