First principles, at a bigger scale

A few days together in Coorg with the team.

We have grown a lot, but the best parts still feel familiar. People reason from first principles, share ideas openly and care about getting the details right. We are taking AI agents live inside large enterprises in a highly regulated industry. There are plenty of interesting engineering problems ahead and we are hiring engineers who would enjoy solving them with this team.
