A voice agent that can’t get a single number wrong

Tesla made a car jump, flip mid air and land. That shouldn't be possible, and yet the internet just watched it happen.

Here's the Consumer Finance version: A borrower calls, disputing a balance and hangs up having paid it. The agent on that call is AI, and between hello and payment it can't get a single number wrong.

Most voice agents today book appointments and answer FAQs. When they slip, someone calls back. Ours confirm balances, set up payment plans and take the payment live. A hallucination there moves someone's real money. That's the problem Prodigal is solving, in production, for banks, lenders and credit unions.

We're hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to solve it with us.

You'd ship voice agents, build the evals that catch mistakes before a borrower hears them, tune prompts and RAG for accuracy and latency, and work with customers to take them live. You have 1 to 3 years in backend, data or AI engineering, strong Python and SQL, and real time with LLMs.

If that flip made you want to build something that shouldn't work (but somehow does), apply to work with us. Thrusters not included.
