How it works

Every downvote now feeds a tracked process that ends in a tested fix.

• Your team can downvote AI tags directly in proInsight, right where they appear on a call.
• Feedback is reviewed tag by tag, with the calls behind it.
• Each item is tracked from open to fixed, with the reasons recorded.
• Fixes are tested on real examples from your calls before going live.
• Each fix is checked so it doesn't break something else.

What you get
