Spanish recordings, safely redacted

Why we built it

Recorded calls with card numbers have to be cleaned before anyone listens. That's routine for English calls. Spanish calls are harder.

proInsight found card numbers in Spanish calls by translating them into English first, then estimated where each number fell in the Spanish audio. If a consumer paused mid-number, the silence could miss a few digits.

How it works

Our AI now times Spanish redaction to the original Spanish audio.

• Translation still finds where the payment details are.
• Every digit is then silenced using the timing of the original Spanish words.
• Numbers read back to confirm are caught too.
• Dollar amounts and addresses stay audible, so payment confirmations can still be reviewed.
• It covers card, expiry, security code, bank account and routing numbers, plus Social Security and phone numbers on request.

What you get

Spanish recordings now meet the same PCI standard as English ones. Your team can still hear payment amounts, and compliance can stand behind every recording.

The improved redaction is live for all proInsight customers with Spanish calls.
