Why we built it

Almost everything in proInsight starts with a search, from yesterday's escalations to a QA review sample.

For the biggest accounts, searches had become slow, sometimes taking minutes or longer. One slow search could also hold up everyone else's.

How it works

We rebuilt how proInsight runs searches and tuned the slowest of them.

• Searches share one queue that scales with demand.
• Scorecard searches run separately, so they never wait behind heavy call searches.
• Searches in progress survive a system restart.
• We tuned the database for the searches customers run most.
• New customers get these improvements from day one.

What you get

Results arrive while the question is still fresh. For one of our largest customers, searches that took about 3 minutes now come back in about 8 seconds.
