QA teams rebuild the same scorecard views every week, filter by filter.

Smart Reports, proInsight's saved searches, didn't cover scorecards. Leaders had to log in themselves or wait for someone to export and email the results.

How it works

Scorecard searches can now be saved as Smart Reports and delivered on a schedule.

• A Save button on scorecard pages saves the whole search.
• Saved reports sit in your Smart Reports list and open with the search already running.
• Any Smart Report can be scheduled daily, weekly or monthly, with its own list of recipients.
• Review reports arrive as Excel or PDF, and Aggregate reports as Excel.
• Small reports come attached, and large ones come as a secure link.
• Every email links straight back to the live report in proInsight.
