A note on every call

Why we built it

A good call note sums up a call in a few lines: why the consumer called, what was agreed and what happens next.

Not every call in proInsight had one, so reviewers had to read full transcripts or listen to whole recordings.

How it works

proInsight now makes sure every conversation has a note.

• Every call gets an AI-written note in the familiar proNotes format.
• Calls without a note show a Generate Note button.
• One click creates the note.
• Notes sit with the call, so anyone reviewing it later sees the same summary.

What you get

Reviews start with the summary, not the recording. QA moves faster, and no call goes unreviewed for lack of time.
