Why we built it

A payment plan only succeeds if every installment gets paid. Consumers often miss a payment simply because they forgot the date, and a reminder before it's due can prevent that.

Reminders used to run on custom scripts for each customer, which were hard to maintain and change.

How it works

Scheduled payment reminders are now built into proPay.

• Reminders are off by default, and you choose whether to turn them on.
• You decide how many days before a scheduled payment the reminder goes out.
• Once on, they go out automatically before every scheduled payment.
• You can change the timing or switch reminders off at any time.

What you get

Consumers get a helpful heads-up before each payment, so fewer payments are missed and more plans finish.

Scheduled payment reminders are available in proPay today. Talk to your Prodigal team to switch them on and set your timing.
