Messages that reach the inbox

Reach consumers by email, SMS and MMS through the providers you already use. Emails go out from warmed IPs under your brand's sender name, so more of them land in the inbox.

Why we built it

A message only helps if it arrives. Every team has its own setup: an SMS provider, an email platform, sometimes a dialer that also sends texts.

Some providers weren't supported. Emails from un-warmed IP addresses landed in spam, unbranded no-reply senders got ignored, and documents like validation notices couldn't go by text.

How it works

Prodigal's messaging now reaches consumers on more channels, with better delivery.

  • SMS works through the leading SMS providers, and whole campaigns go out in a single request.
  • MMS sends documents like validation notices by text.
  • Emails go out from warmed IP addresses, with automatic retries.
  • Each customer can use a branded sender name and reply-to address.
  • You can connect several accounts with the same provider, which protects each domain's reputation.
  • Every send is logged, whichever provider carries it.

What you get

More messages reach the inbox and get read. Consumers recognise your brand and can reply, and you keep the providers you already use.

These messaging improvements are live across Prodigal's digital channels. Talk to your Prodigal team about connecting your providers.
