Why we built it

Many consumers who want to pay give up at the login screen, because it asks for details they don't have handy.

Those who did log in landed on a general page that didn't show the payment they had just agreed to.

How it works

proPay magic links take consumers straight from a message or a call to the right payment.

• One tap from an email or text signs the consumer in securely.
• Links expire after a set time and are single-use by default.
• A link can be limited to one account's payment pages.
• Links can open straight to offers, pay in full, partial payment or plan options.
• After a call, agents can create a link with the agreed amount and options built in.

What you get

More consumers finish the payment they agreed to, because it's one tap away and shows exactly what they discussed. Limiting each link to one account is simpler for them and safer for you.
