Why we built it

In consumer finance, you need to prove what you sent. Disputes, client requests and audits all ask the same thing: what did the consumer receive, and when?

That record didn't really exist. Templates could change after a send, so the original wording was lost, and rebuilding one message meant digging through provider portals.

How it works

Every email and text sent through Prodigal is now captured in a full communications history.

• Every send, delivered or failed, is recorded with the recipient, sender, content, time and outcome.
• The exact wording is saved at the moment of sending, even if the template changes later.
• Every template keeps a full version history.
• Search the history by date, channel, status, template or sender.
• Your team can view records in the interface or pull them by API.
