Built for multi-portfolio operations

Run separate portfolios or business divisions under one Prodigal account, each with its own AI agents, data sources, offers, payment options and settings.
Why we built it
Most agencies and lenders manage more than one portfolio. An agency may collect for several clients, each with its own systems, offers and payment rules. It is one business, but each portfolio needs to run its own way.
proAgent used to tie each customer to a single data source. When two portfolios needed to talk to different systems, the only option was a workaround: splitting one customer into separate accounts and stitching them back together behind the scenes. That made launches slower, configuration harder to manage and reporting harder to read.
How it works
Your AI agents can now be organized into portfolios within a single customer.
- A portfolio groups the accounts and agents that need their own handling.
- Each portfolio inherits your default settings and overrides only what differs.
- Each agent, or even a single tool such as account lookup, can draw on its own data source.
- Offers, payment options and time zones can be set per portfolio.
- One connection to your CRM can serve several client portfolios, each with its own credentials kept separate.
- Adding a new portfolio is a configuration entry, with no new integration to build.
What you get
New portfolios go live faster, because adding one no longer means building a new integration or a new account. Each portfolio gets the offers, payment options and settings its client expects, while you manage everything in one place. Reporting reflects how your business is actually organized, portfolio by portfolio, and credentials stay isolated between the clients you serve.
