Why we built it

A consumer agreeing to pay is just the start. The money then has to reach the right client's bank account, and a monthly plan has to be collected every month.

Not every operation is set up for that. Some CRMs can record a payment plan but can't execute one, which left customers on those systems unable to put proAgent live for plan-based arrangements. And payments were routed at the customer level, to a single merchant account. For an agency collecting for several clients, or a lender with separate portfolios, that meant funds couldn't be directed where they belonged without extra work downstream.

How it works

Payments taken by your AI agent now fit how your business moves money.

• Prodigal can manage payment plans on your behalf, scheduling and running each instalment after the call.
• Every plan is captured and reported back to you in a form your CRM can ingest, so your records stay complete.
• Whether Prodigal or your own system manages plans is a configuration choice for each proAgent agent.
• Payee codes can now be set per account, so each payment routes to the bank account it belongs to.
• Where no payee code is set, a default applies, so nothing goes unrouted.
• The same payment handling runs across proAgent and proPay, so a plan or payment behaves the same on a call and in the portal.

You can put proAgent live without changing your CRM, and payment plans agreed on a call keep running without manual follow-up. Funds reach the right client or portfolio account from the start, which removes reconciliation work and the risk of money sitting in the wrong place. The payment side fits the way agencies and lenders already operate, instead of asking them to change it.
